The Risco systems RS 918, RS 920 and RS 920 Flex are designed for portioning beef, pork, chicken, turkey minced meat, and alternative meat products. Key features include a divided portioning belt, an integrated continuous cutting device, and an automatic paper interleaver for minced meat production.  Risco systems ensure precise portioning and depositing directly into trays hence manual contact with the product is eliminated, enhancing hygiene and efficiency.  The systems can be synchronized with check-weighers and automatic loading systems.
